dont understand trunked freq's yet

I just purchased a BC785D Scanner. I have 6 frequencies for one agency and it says DEC is 58128 and HEX is e31. Its a motorola type 2 channel. Any help on how the heck to enter this and hear what i want please let me know! A manual did not come with the radio. Purchased off of ebay. Thanks for any help!!!!!

Ignore the HEX and e31. Enter the 58128.
