Dose anyone know if the BC860XLT has a discriminator tap?

Dose anyone know if the BC860XLT has a discriminator tap? I'm trying to use DMR decoder with it.

Uniden is famous for having a solder point with a silk screen label of "Disc".

Look on the back side of the board.

Also, look for a 16 pin part labelled MC3361 (or possibly MC3359).

It might be hidden under the chrome plastic cover.

So how do i take that chrome plate off. i cant find any screws.

No doubt, they're on the other side of the board. Try looking there.

So i just connect the Shielded audio cable to pin 9 on the chip and run the other end to the audio jack?
