Even busier today and some new stuff

I can hear the plows trying to open Railroad Pass right now. A very interesting day in the valley with all the snow and airport delays. I also picked up a new Talkgroup on the SNACC #59536. I can't find it on any database and it's not in the Southern NV Scanner's book. The message over the Talkgroup was, "Alarm in WSC" accompanied with a Tone out like page. Sorry I didn't record it.

As for that alarm on the SNACC talkgroup. The same kind of transmission used to be found on a Henderson simplex frequency a number of years ago and it came from a wastewater treatment facility run by the city. Alarms were very frequent. They used to say, "alarm at WRF" which probably meant the wastewater reclamation facility operated by the city.
