I had initially thought about that possibility as well, but when I asked the OP specifically, he confirmed in post #9 that Sentinel was not yet installed on his computer... so I'm assuming if that observation is accurate, Sentinel's "user.config" file isn't even on his computer yet. Also, in post #10, the OP says that he is getting the specific error message during Sentinel's installation process that it's needing .NET 2.0 to continue.Another possibility is the "user.config" file corrupted.
But at this point, who knows.... anything is worth considering.
