    We've noticed a huge increase in rants and negative posts that revolve around agencies going to encryption due to the broadcasting of scanner audio on the internet. It's now worn out and continues to be the same recycled rants. These rants hijack the threads and derail the conversation. They no longer have a place anywhere on this forum other than in the designated threads in the Rants forum in the Tavern.

    If you violate these guidelines your post will be deleted without notice and an infraction will be issued. We are not against discussion of this issue. You just need to do it in the right place. For example:

Hi everyone.
I just made the purchase of the DMR upgrade key, I got an error message about the address, tried again with the same result. Some minutes later my bank sent a message saying that I have two payments of the same amount. I already sent a mail to Uniden's Support Center. Has anyone else experienced this kind of problems? Please let me know if there is a solution to this.

Since the charge did not go through, these typically disappear from your credit card record after 24-72 hours. Unfortunately, Christmas break (for everyone except, apparently, me) started about 10 minutes ago. If the charge actually did post to your account, contact Customer Service after the holiday break.
