Can someone who is familiar with this freq tell me if it's encrypted or not. All I get from it is a tone on my SDS100.

I’m not 100% sure but I’d bet they’re on the trunking system along with the rest of Dougherty County and Albany. Everything on the Dougherty County site is encrypted besides Albany Fire
