I heard rumors that Douglas was going to be using Digital in the future.
Green Channel Repeater "156.2250 Mhz" Today was Digital.
To confirm, it was Douglas i listened to the input freq 159.0375 Mhz and heard the same,
Digital Noise.
Since i have not heard this before and it is constant Transmissions,
with mobile side "Input" signal changing from 100% to less than 50%, i assume they are testing
but this only speculation.
I only have Analog Receivers so i cant tell you much more than posted above.
So if anybody in Douglas County or nearby has a Digital Scanner i would be interested to know more.
Looks like i have to look into Digital Receivers now.
