Dover Foxcroft Frequencies

I'm looking for frequencies specific to Dover Foxcroft, ME for my step daughter.
I live in MA, so I'm not really sure how the systems work in Maine.
I found frequencies that cover the Piscataquis County area, but I'm not sure which ones I need.
I've researched a few different sites and everyone seems to list different freqs for the same systems.
I'm basically looking for Fire, Police, and EMS.
Any help would be appreciated.

155.025 192.8 is Piscataquis Cnty SO
153.920 for county fire dispatch

It is a dead zone up there for knowledge. That is the only, BEST, info I have. I would love to start getting more real time info from people up there. I just have too much interference between me and Piscataquis County to search it proper.

She will also want:
State police Zone 3 Orono Dispatch 154.9050 CSQ

Down here, everything's separated by town, which makes things a lot easier.
I'm not familiar with the counties or the surrounding towns up there.

Don't forget 154.695 State Wide Car to Car.

155.475 Nation wide car to car, and each county has a regional channel. [I don't know what region it is I do know York county was Region 1 155.580. Maybe someone around will have the list on each counties region freq.
