Decided to scan the low freqs this morning. Picked up a few signals which I understand are time stations.

40 kHz (audio)
60 kHz (audio)
68.5 kHz (audio)

I understand 60 kHz is WWVB, but the others?? I did some searching online and this page suggests 40kHz is JJY and 68.5kHz is BPC.

Also had this signal on 54kHz. I'm not sure if it was something or just local noise.

wow thats awesome, just curious though, how did you get such quiet band noise ?
I would have thought it might have been pretty noisey

Yep the narrow filter in HDSDR works great :)
I'm going to have to do more checking down there, as I rarely venture below 2 megs.
I also noticed a bunch of carriers on AM broadcast (spaced 9kHz so gotta be from Asia/Australia region!). Each one I checked in Google came back to a valid radio station, so it appears legit.
