You need to get an application that can access the web service. Some are free, others shareware and commercial. What scanner(s) do you have? 73 (best regards) Mike

I suspect you mean the PSR-400, since it's a GRE model, so....the links on this article should be quite helpful. I would avoid the Scancat product at all costs (there are NUMEROUS threads on how poorly this software works)...but give the others a try. Pay attention to the USB article link - a necessary evil, since most modern PCs don't have serial ports anymore...
