I was wondering if anyone knows the frequencies that make up the following Comm Plans that I have heard Downey Fire Dispatch give on certain types of dispatches:

Comm Plan "Alpha"

Comm Plan "Bravo"

I was wondering if there is a Comm Plan "Charlie" and etc.
