Downey PD, CA. went Digital

So last night around 9pm my local police dept went digital. How can I find out what frequency and type they are using? It was all of a sudden, Los Angeles County Sheriff Aero tried to broadcast alert and was told they had moved channels.

By the looks of it, they made the move over to the Interagency Communications Interoperability (ICI) System which is a P25 P1 trunking system.

It's not a "frequency" that you can simply enter. They have talkgroups on this trunked system. You would need a scanner capable of monitoring a P25 Phase I (digital) trunked system, program the site or sites near you, and enter the talkgroups. But even after that, you still would not hear Downey, because they are using encryption on all of their TGIDs. No scanner can monitor encrypted talkgroups.
