Downloading data from RR to ARC996

I am unable to get logged in to download frequencies to my ARC996T using Butel software when i try to connect it says at the bottom RRdisconected waiting for http data, my subscription is up to date and my user name and password are correct, i am able to connect and download from freescan any help would be appreciated.

Be sure that you have the very latest version from their web site.

Update the software to V4, you are using a very old version.
