downloading scanner freqs

When I download freqs from the scanner, i make a file but it saves it as a gr5 file, how can you read it?
convertit? srry about this dump question, im new. ty very much.

That would depend on what software you use.. Without more info I can only speculate

i use arc500 with windows 10

When you save the file, is there a "save as" option, so you can save as a different format? I've never used ARC500, so that's about as far as I can advise.

You can however export a csv file and open it as a spreadsheet and print from there.
