Question on Manual Programming of Downriver DMR System

I've currently entered the two systems listed below as two trunked sites under one trunked system. DMR CC are currently set to "Any" on both sites. Wildcard has been entered for the system to be stored when found on Scanlist 12 in this instance. I currently have Site 1 scanning in Scanlist 12 and Site 2 scanning in Scanlist 10. I'm currently picking up traffic on this system, but it seems that my Wildcards are not actually being saved when hit on. I'm not sure what I may be doing wrong here.

I've also imported 4 sites on this system (https://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=7064) via EZ Scan and Wildcards are saved with no problem.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
