Just visiting family members here in Toronto. Wondering Is Toronto police force able to be listen to on a BC396T scanner

Yes it's a very busy system, you'll defiantly hear a variety of calls

For the information. Is there programming software for this

You would probably have to use a program called FreeSCAN it makes programmed easier. All you need is a serial cable that came with your scanner and a computer with a serial port and your good to go! Enjoy your trip!

Issue 65 has some listening ideas and cutting through pec to kingston is more fun
