Lakewood dispatch is done by North, South & West. L-Tac 4 is 292.

So it was probably some kind of test. This is just a pure guess, but possibly they were practicing for when the re-banding starts. Denver and other agencies will have to take a temporary capacity hit when they proceed with changing frequencies. They can only take some channels out of service for a while when they retune. It will have to be done in at least two stages.
So MAYBE (I shouldn't just speculate) they are planning on having these two districts be off the main system during the reduced capacity time.
