Well, I knew if I waited long enough, I would eventually get a good confirm
or hit on whether DPS CLE was still using analog or had transitioned over
to digital for our area. I had read sporadic reports of folks in our area that
said they had heard both analog AND digital, but I just wanted to confirm
for MYSELF. Well, I did today. DPS CLE agents stopped for some supplies
at a Walmart up the street from me. They were talking car/car simplex on
155.505 with a NAC of 162, and in the clear. Very strong signal.

So there ya' go...good confirmation. Advice to the newbs....

Agreed, patience is the name of the game with these guys. Glad you finally got a hit. It could be that one transmission (maybe not even once a year) that keeps it in your scan list.

I think the natives are restless up on DFWScan.. Your post up there got a lot of attention all of a sudden. lol.
