The RR database lists DPS Commercial Vehicle Enforcement comms at the the San Marcos weigh station as 156.2100 P-25 digital. Has anyone confirmed the NAC? My guess is 162.................

I can say I've lived there for almost a year now (San Marcos), have had a digital scanner for 9 of those months (and avidly listen to DPS), and have only heard that frequency one time (and couldn't tell you if it was digital or not). 99% of the time when I hear a trooper there it is because they call San Antonio (off the New Braunfels Rptr 159.0975) to say they are "out at the weigh station." But I never hear calls on the CLE freq.

It is not a dispatch channel, fellas. I heard that channel over a year ago down their on I-35 and submitted it. It was two or more CVE guys coordinating some truck stops near a weigh station. It was apparently a mobile-mobile simplex channel. With all the radio band plan changes, they may be on mobile C now (159.210 NAC 162). Try that one out also, but keep 156.210 and 156.2175 in as well, as either one may be used at times. Remember that DPS CVE guys will talk on the CB channels as well.
