It seems the DPS Metro West feed and the Left Side of the Phoenix Fire feed, which featured Metro Central and East, are no longer carrying any DPS traffic. I'm out of state so I can't check locally. Did DPS finally encrypt or are the feeds just not updated?

I’ve seen (WINS) 5, 8, 12, 13 and 14 in the past couple hours on my own receivers. So I’m guessing a specific feed issue.
