DPS is replacing the radio tower at the Garland office and temporarily moving the radios to Dallas County tower on Rowlett Rd.

Good find! Do we know if there are any big differences between the new and old tower? Aside from it being just newer, maybe taller?

I don't see any other FCC or FAA applications (yet) so the new tower location, height AGL and antenna HAAT for all the licenses will probably remain the same. Any changes would require a lot of FCC/FAA paperwork.
