The basic designator list, Base A1, B2, Repeater 15A, 19B, etc, is in the "Statewide APCO-25 Channel Plan" section, on the top of the DPS database page: Department of Public Safety (DPS) Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference
Is that what you're looking for? The individual regions & dispatch office sections below refer to the base & repeater number. The upper section has the NAC codes associated with them.

Are you possibly asking about the Flynn Repeater? It's in Leon County, and operated by Bryan Comm Center. Leon County is just east of Limestone County and south of Freestone County.

Yes thats it i was hereing DPS on 159.2100 with a tone of 127 NAC and it was DPS BRYAN TX.
