In addition to the statewide frequencies here (Department of Transportation Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference), I also have some frequencies for the Mount Washington Valley/Northern Carroll County and Coos County highway departments.

151.2575 - Town of Bartlett DPW
154.1000 - Town of Berlin Roads/DPW
154.9650 - Jackson/Bartlett Roads
155.0850 - Town of Gorham Roads
156.0150 - Town of Conway Roads
158.8650 - NH DOT (RT 16 & Northern NH)
159.2100 - Town of Bartlett Roads (listed in the db as Bartlett PD, but is used frequently lately by the town trucks and plows.)

I have all of the NH DOT and I can here them super from the top of NH to the bottom. You dont have pl tones by any chance for them towns you posted? If not i can try and find them

I think Berlin and Gorham use 136.5. I don't have tones recorded for the rest.

The old frequency (154.100) is still in service FM but has also changed to DPL 261. The license has expired and the frequency will probably disappear at some point.

Town of Gorham Highway Department is still 155.085 w/PL of 136.5

Town of Groveton road crews (not NH DOT) use 158.8650, not sure of PL.

Thanks for catching that - typo on my end! You are correct, I have Town of Groveton 155.865, last PL I had was 136.5 from a couple of years ago and I was hearing "Groveton EMS" and road maintenance. I will program it with PL search and see if I can confirm.
