Yes, BearCom usually sets up a Cap+ system

And so they have, setup is well under way for the final Dreamville Music Festival held in Dix Park. For those very near the area, they are using a low powered DMR trunking system based on Dix Park, just off Hunt Dr. below is a photo of the actual event trunking antenna and repeater for Dreamville. Keep in mind, the antenna is low, and despite being allowed 20 watts it is designed as a localized on site system, especially since some of the frequencies are assigned to others in Wake County, so you will need to be close.
