Drill ongoing on RED NE including several agencies with divers, boats, etc. Coroner's representative is enroute as well since they just switched from rescue to recovery mode.

It has RED NE on the right speaker. The bulk of the drill took place between 9 am and 11 am, but dive teams may continue to use that talk group for training afterwords.

They were even talking about dropping off victims (after the drill was over). I wonder if they used real people for training or if they were using dummies.

So it looks like they used dummies for the "victims". That poor third dummy didn't get saved in the nominal 90 minute survival time frame, despite their best efforts.
