Tank batteries getting struck by lightning is a fairly common occurrence. So is the result, unfortunately. Lots of stuff that is flammable on a well site, even if it is just producing without workers onsite. The ever present danger is of course H2S, which is already deadly by itself, but when burned produces an even more deadly SO2.
