Good signals this morning on 9950kHz from 1830z (0730local) then it started to drop out after 1900z. Needs 20dB sig/noise for decoding with a signal of 30uV. Strangely, the actual received signal doesn't seem to effect the requirement for the 20bB sig/noise. Changing to a different antenna gave more signal but the drop outs increased.
