Dropped 396xt on floor, now background whining noise

Title says it. I dropped the 396xt on the floor from about 6 feet. Now whenever the squelch is open there's a steady pitched whining in the background. Obviously something broke. It's not the speaker because it also does the same through headphones.

Any ideas? Any recommended repairs/repair facilities?
