DSD ➕ Tcp error... (Noob here)

Hello, I'm sorry for the repeat posted subject matter however, the previous posts are quite dated. I'm trying to setup DSD Plus fastlane on Win10 but I'm having a terrible time. DSDp is giving me a TCP error (No connection could be made since the target machine actively refused it). I realize this has been covered here a few times before but none of the advice in previous posts has helped. I have updated the bat files and opened firewall connections, still nothing. The instructions text files are a bit hard to understand, too. I would be so appreciative if someone could walk me through this process. Thank you.

Why give up? Look around on RadioReference for examples. Copy them and make them your own.

My NXDN 4800 bat file:
Start CMD /c FMP24.exe -rc -i1 -a1 -o20001 -P0.0 -f153.365 -b4
Start CMD /c DSDPlus -r1 -e -T -E -Pwav -i20001

My P25 bat file:
Start CMD /c FMP24.exe -rc -i1 -a1 -o20001 -P0.0 -f151.010 -b9.5
Start CMD /c DSDPlus -r1 -e -T -E -i20001

I'm using a single RTL-SDR. What are you using for hardware?

Nice of you to not mention that you're using an SDRPlay device. You should be running FMPP-CC.bat and 1R.bat

I get a kick out of the add water stir and mix generation, sometimes one needs to squeeze a lemon or some other tedious task
