I am using this in substitute of DSD plus for speech decoding.
I tried decoding this voice data (NXDN96 - Signal with Digital Voice) with the following command, but the decoded data is not matching with the decoded voice given.
Attaching the command and output file.
Someone help me out in this.

DSD Plus - file as input

I am using SDR# to capture data for DSD Plus, but not getting expected results. So, trying to decode using .mp3 files as input but don't know how to give .mp3 file as input. Someone please help me Thanks in advnace.

What doesn't match about it? Sounds like output audio of transmissions that are encrypted.
