NAC and Frequency info are back in the Event file with this release, Thanks for the quick update!
I can confirm that DCC/NAC/RAN & Frequency info is back in the Event file for me; thanks for the update addressing this!
As a side note, I did get a popup saying this before I updated. Im assume this means the P25 talker alias data won't work with the older versions. Just an FYI.

Might want to send that to dsdplusfastlane@gmail.com. Although, are you positive that your directory/all your files are in a location where DSDPlus has file-level authorization to read/write/etc ? You may want to make sure of that.
Same location. Same folder as where I’ve been running dsdplus for years. Only thing new was copy/paste new dsdplus.exe into the folder.
The updated notes state that -_3 or -_11 are no longer supported and to use the menus to control it. My question is I only want the channel activity and the event log windows up and everything else to start minimized so how do I accomplish this with the menus?

Short answer - all of the windows start up in the condition (minimized / not minimized) that you left them in.
Exception is the console window; it has a menu option to control its starting state.
