As the title suggests, I routinely monitor I Cap+ system. I seldom see private calls, but when I do, they seem odd. I'll see Tgt=19-1449 Ch=13 or similar. None of that matches any known talkgroups, Radio IDs, or channels.

Also, in the channel activity window, I have a list of "extra" channels, (10,13,16,24,29). Normal activity is on channels 3/4 or 5/6. No other frequencies are being used. Trust me, I've scanned for them.

Can anyone explain this strange activity for me. Also, how to program private calls in DSD. Thanks.
