Before upgrading to FastLane, in the cmd window, I could for example press 2 to Synthesize audio for second DMR timeslot but they don't appear work in the Fastlane version. Is this because FasrLane uses Menus in the Event Log window ?

Read documentation maybe? Actually look at all the menu system options (such as the one below)?

MISC -> Enable Keyboard Commands

That'll activate the keyboard shortcuts for you to use, if you prefer that.
