DSD+ FastLane Decoding - ARS or some unknown kind of LRRP?

I've been monitoring a system which I think is mainly Conventional DRM and I would like to have your experienced input on this. I've devised a kind of recording system; recording all DMR activities on the specific channel 24/7 all around. Using SDR# with AUX VFO plugin, it starts recording in consecutive files when activity happens. At the end of the cycle, I stitch all the files into a big one, and lastly I put it through DSD+. A simple but effective system.

Now, I asked before in this forum about this specific repeater, but at the time I had made a mistake and I was wrongly decoding two repeaters in a sigle frequency. Now those mistakes are gone, and I have strong, clear signal.

99% of this repeater activity is some kind of data exchange. There are three main active transmitting users; RID 8, 105 and 354. Also there is another passive user; RID 1 which is (in my opinion) some kind of USB device on the system (because of it's IP decoding to 13.x.x.x). There is only one TG which is 1001. Now, DSD+ FL decodes clearly the rare voice traffic, but gives no sign what the data traffic is. @slicerwizard said it is ARS (because of ARS) and I am tempted to say the same, but, I have reason to believe this is no ARS because the data burst happen every minute or three from the tree active users, directed to RID 1, which only listens and never transmit. As I said, I have reasons to believe this is no ARS, but some kind of status messaging or even some kind of LRRP (maybe) data.

I would love your help in resolving this "mystery" if possible. I am an extremely person and would love to see the light at the end of this, lol.

The ARS Server (13.0.0.1) is supposed to acknowledge each of the radio registration requests that you're seeing. That doesn't appear to be happening. The ARS documentation says ...

If the ARS Server does not respond within the ARS Reg Response Time, another ARS Registration Message will be formed and sent to the ARS server after a random period. The random period is between 49 seconds and 91 seconds, determined when radio power up. This will continue for 5 retries. If registration retries are exhausted, after 300 seconds, radio repeats the initial procedure.

A guess is that the ARS server on that network is offline.

So there is no mystery at all - the "mysterious" repeater is just a "crippled" system.

Let me say something: I learned much much much more just by reading @slicerwizard and @DSheirer posts in this forum, than reading the whole TRBO documentation! Many, many thanks!

Because there are a couple of other repeaters near this one, is it safe to say that it started like, in example - a Cap+ system or even trunked, but along the way because of technical difficulties it ended up a conventional TRBO system?

There are at least two other repeaters in nearby frequencies, acting almost the same as the above one, but with other "artifacts" too. Sometimes reporting as Cap+, sometimes as TIII, and sometimes even reporting BP but still decoding the voice data. There are also many decoding errors, so I think many "decoding artifacts" are because of those errors. Full logs for those repeaters are:

Strange, because the signal is strong and the voice traffic on those channels decodes very clear.

Thanks @mtindor , indeed. What makes me curious is what is the source of those; how can I say - "garbage/not useful information".

I think we resolved the mystery for the other "interesting" repeater - it seems like the system and terminals were originally provisioned with ARS, but for one reason or another - the ARS server disappeared.

For those other two I can's understand the artifacts in decoding
