DSD+ Fastlane v2.246 - "Discarded WaveOut block" Error Message

I received this cryptic red error message on my DSD+ 1R Event Log. After receiving several of them it seems to be functioning well as a scanner again. Any ideas on what this is trying to tell me? Wondering what a WaveOut block is and why it was discarded.

Yes I've noticed this has started happening on my dsdplus 2.46 with clear calls only

I have seen this using 1R but not yet using traditional setup.
No idea what it means.

I'm having this problem as well introduced in 2.246. The older versions I only saw the error when disconnected from the monitoring computer via RDP. The Discarded WaveOut Block error message will quickly bloat the .event file. I have to clear out the lines using Notepad++ every few days.
