DSD Plus Fast Lane DATA questions.

I have been monitoring a NEXGEN96 single channel system here in Bell County Texas. Here is the FCC regestration, ULS License - Industrial/Business Pool, Trunked License - WQRF812 - Bear Communications, Inc.. The frequency is 452.3875MHz. DSD Plus Fast Lane tunes in and decodes the data as a NEXGEN 96 system and voice is well with using the 1r bat. What does it mean on the bottom of the 1r even log window shows as NEXEDGE96 CB RAN3?

Also the frequency is not a control channel. When idol there is a data burst every 5 seconds for a 2 second duration.

RAN = Radio Access Number. It's an access control system, similar to PL/CTCSS/QT codes on analog.
