Can DSD Plus trunk a standard EDACS system or an EDACS 9600 with pro-voice?

No, it won't trunk track EDACS, But you can scan/decode the Voice Channels.
If you need to trunk a ProVoice system your best bet would be to use UniTrunker then pipe the audio out to DSD+.
