DSD Plus FL indexing RTL-SDR with serial number

I know that the latest version of DSD Plus FL you can index your RTL SDR with a serial number instead of allotted device slots.
My question is this is how I serialize my RTL-SDR's; NESDR SMArtee V2-2 and NESDR SMArtee V2-1. Is this possible to use and which part do I edit?

Do all your dongles have the same serial number?

I used SDR Console to change my serial numbers. All of my serial numbers reflect what the device model is and the last number is the series of that RTL I have.

So what is the question again. It seems like you have changed to unique serial numbers so don't need to change them?

If it is how to use serial numbers with FL then I think the instructions in the notes text is like -i"00000003" with the s/n in quotes.

Changing the serial number string in SDR Console is very easy to do, However since my serial string is too long, it wont work.
My first dongle serial string is NESDR SMArtee V2-1and the second dongle serial string is NESDR SMArtee V2-2.
