Need a bit more info.
First off.
1) system specs, we need to know how fast your machine is. DSD is pretty CPU intensive.
2) operating system (windows/linux/other?)
3) does the software run at all? or not at all? crahsing?
4) what radio are you using? (Is it an SDR? or self contained radio?)
5) -A) IF SDR, is the SDR working property, what software are you using on the software side?
-----B) if self contained does it have a discriminator tap? if not, have you installed one?
Lost of variables here. Give us all the info about your setup, what you have tried, what (If anything) is happening, and we will be able to walk ya through it.
