i been using my pro 93 for some time. it wasnt purfect. but i could understand 80% of the time what was said..
now for some reason its changed. i run it in fm mode. as before the pd went to digi. they were using fm.
now it starts out maybe 3 to 5 secs clear. then goes south fast. then thats it. even if i let it sit for more then say 4 to 5 mins. it doesnt change at all. totaly unreadable.
i was using a 10k restor. iam not sure what could have changed. as the scanner just sits in one spot.
any info or help on this would be awsome..

ps: sorry forgot this info..
win 8 . ran fine . for months .. 2.5g processer. 4g of memory.
nothing else runinng to hog up the cpu. it is a dualcore.
also doubled up on 2 4.7restors to get close to 10k. still same..
the pd runs motorbo.
