I thought I saw a thread about the ability of DSD+ V2.39 being able to pass analog voice while decoding thru a soundcard, eliminating the need to switch out between speaker/soundcard. Searched, but can't seem to find the thread.

Anyone pointers to this, or did I dream it?

It may have been via command line startup of DSD (so far I have just been running the executable, double click).

Oh, another question...can it be achieved with active keys while the DSD+ window is the active window?

Thanks.

This was mentioned in a prior post, around April 9th:

dsdplus -m<num> Raw source audio monitoring 0-4

"Newer versions of DSD+ let you hear analog signals. There are four modes:
Raw source audio monitoring mode set to 4 (always monitor)
Raw source audio monitoring mode set to 3 (monitor if no voice)
Raw source audio monitoring mode set to 2 (monitor if no sync)
Raw source audio monitoring mode set to 1 (monitor if no sync and signal present)
I use mode 1. It only unmutes on signals that DSD+ doesn't understand, which are typically analog voice. If it's something else
(like SCADA), it unmutes, but I generally want to hear that as well so I can figure out what it is."

Thanks... and FYI, was able to modify value of M by making the DSD+ window the active window, and typing m until changed to the desired value, in this case will try 1.

Thanks again.
