DSDPlus TIII Update

Hi all,

I've neglected my TIII systems, and I can't seem to make sense of the notes.txt file.

A system I used to monitor now automatically decodes as TIIInonStd (Auto) - What do I need to change in all the files to make this system detect as the right system and decode once again?

look in the Notes file, around line 280, where v2.457 made those changes and is discussed. Just a matter of editing each of the various data files depending on the individual system being Std or nonStd
