Let me offer some advice.... Please use an intelligible subject. Then include enough details in your post that describe who and the what.

This is probably more suitable in the Uniden forum as I can only guess that's what you're talking about. Normally data skip will ignore paging and the like when it encounters it on a channel. It will continue scanning or searching.
