Generally used to refer to Des Moines Police Department though the official abbreviation is DMPD.

Des Moines Police and Fire are moving to the statewide ISICS trunked system. There is a talkgroup there for Des Moines PD Dispatch. What model scanner do you have? Des Moines PD is TDMA (P25 Phase 2). Your scanner must be capable of Phase 2 to receive it. I suggest that you click on Report and request that your thread be moved to the Iowa forum. The people there would have better information on the status of the migration to the ISICS system.

DMPD hasn't been off I'm receiving them okay.

They are scheduled to switch to ISICS in 2020. I have seen no activity on the ISICS talkgroup 48915.

I am thinking the OP was referring to the offline audio feeds on Broadcastify. Those are provided by volunteers and can go offline at anytime, for any number of reasons.
