DSP Command Center

Has anyone copied activity on the CMDCTR talkgroups? DSP in Kent, Sussex and NC Counties each have one - curious as to the use and whether they are encrypted.

Also - are ANY comms on the DSP SORT & HQ TGs in the clear? In the past (months ago), I copied transmissions openly on these- but the RR database suggests that they are 100% encrypted now. Anyone know the status?
