Their primary means of general comms for all DSP aviation, as I understand it, is the SW-AVCOM talkgroup on the DSP system. However, I've never really seen that TGID pop up, so I don't know how much it gets used. Whenever there's been a hot call in Sussex, I hear a Trooper calling skids up from Georgetown on S-CMD almost immediately.
For VHF AM... I've never personally heard them on there, but there are a few suggestions I'd have. 122.8 and 123.0 are the most common actual unicom frequencies in the area, and they might pop up on those a bit if coordinating overhead small fields. You might also hear them on 126.35 (KDOV TWR) and 126.0 (KILG TWR) if they're operating IVO Dover AFB or Wilmington Airport respectively. I'm not sure if it's in common use in DE, but most urban areas have a helicopter A/A net that's typically on 123.025 - again, I don't know if that's frequently used over DE, but that net is used pretty much nationwide as helicopter A/A.
If they come into MD, as they sometimes do, you may also hear them on the 7AIR frequencies for A/G comms direct with ground units or via patch set up by SYSCOM.
