DTMF tones on Montco Enent channel?

Event 9 it patched with 155.475 (police national) for the Lance Armstrong bike race. PSP units using 155.475, everybody else on Event 9.
The DTMF tones are coming from Berks County's 155.475 transmitter. The DTMF occurs at the end of their morse code transmissions. It would be nice if neither of things came across the channel...no idea why Berks does this.

If you click courses / routes on the left menu, you can see where the racers were going.
Listened to some of the race traffic while out and about today...at least on rider wrecked and broke some bones...ended up going to LVH.
