DTMF WITH ANYTONE 878 AND OPENSPOT 4 PRO???

With my Yaesu FT70, I am easily able to control my OpenSPOT 4 Pro with DTMF tones. However, it seems that this isn't easily done with my Anytone AT-D878UVII Plus. Am I missing something or is the DTMF control method just not a feature of the 878 that is easily accomplished? I know that the 878 will send DTMF tones in analog mode, but that isn't a help as use of the OpenSPOT requires the channed used to be a digital one.

I hope someone enlightens me with a way to do this! It's not totally convenient to go back to the Control Panel of the OpenSPOT each time I want to go to a different profile or talkgroup.

Hi Mike:

DTMF remote control of an Openspot 4 Pro is only possible on D-Star and YSF. For DMR, you must use private call.
