DTRS New Site 287 - Mellen Hill

Noticed 287 listed as a neighbor to a couple of sites this morning.
Showing Failed, but lists the control frequency as 853.9625.
There an an STA application pending for the State for Mellen Hill (located between Rangely and Dinosaur just off CO 64. It was a VHF site previously.

Not too many folks up there to hear it when it goes live, but I'd suspect sometime soon.

Being licensed as a 6 channel site. Other Frequencies on the license are:
853.7375 852.7625 852.1125 851.6750 851.0750
