I recently traded my BC796D for a PSR600, have some questions;

Since each trunking 'system' has room for 32 freqs, I divided up DTRS into 3 systems corresponding to the current DTRS zones and selected only tower cc's where I may be traveling.

I have room for 20 scanlists for my CO object. I entered all the Mutual Aid groups into TG list 1, CSP TG list 2, and bunched counties in some other TG lists. The PSR600 provides for multiple lists per system but as far as I can tell only one system per list. Since my MA and CSP TG lists cover DTRS system 1, 2, and 3, is there a way for ALL my MA and CSP TG lists to be entered into all three DTRS systems without having duplicate talkgroups? I know I can go figure out which individual MA and CSP TG is located and insert into only that system but I want all TG's in all three systems.

What system should I use for SMPLX 1-5, STAC5, and interagency 8CALL90/8TAC91 frequencies;
P25, 800 Trunk, conventional?

Thanks
Rick

You can have multiple systems per list. In the PSR500/600, lists are just collections of objects, each of which is a single conventional frequency, trunked talk group, or a frequency sweep/search. The lists don't know anything about the systems. The individual objects know which system they belong to, so the scanlists don't have to.

On re-reading, maybe I misunderstood your question. Talk group objects can belong to only one system, so you would have to duplicate objects.
